The Role

Join our growing team as a Level 2 IT Specialist! This exciting full-time opportunity offers a chance to be at the forefront of technology. You’ll be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and implementing innovative networking and technology solutions for our valued clients.

Position Summary

To excel in this role, you’ll need a proven track record of troubleshooting and technical prowess, along with a deep understanding of Microsoft solutions. Strong communication skills are a must, as you’ll be interacting with clients daily. Industry-recognized certifications are a plus.

As a Level 2 IT Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving complex IT challenges. You’ll provide timely updates to clients and our management team on support requests and ongoing issues. Plus, you’ll collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure swift solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tier-1 or 2 support for internal and external customer incidents.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of service department thru interactive daily communications with all company team members.
  • Create recurring revenue by providing high quality technical solutions and exemplary customer service (including strong verbal and written communications and follow-up skills).
  • Provide skilled independent help-desk capabilities by phone, remote or face-to-face with our clients.
  • Maintain detailed awareness and understanding regarding current software and technical procedures.
  • Input and manage tickets and daily time entry thru our PSA Professional Services Automation) system.
  • Interface with third party vendors to assist with problem resolution.
  • Support clients with our Remote Monitoring and Management solution.
  • Adhere to all company internal policies and procedures.
  • Work the required hours to complete assigned tasks.

Experience

  • An associates degree in a related area and/or 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be adaptable and capable of learning new software quickly.
  • Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.
