Field Service Technician

The Role
Are you the kind of person who loves taking things apart just to see how they work and then putting them back together even better? Coordinated Business Systems is looking for a hands-on problem solver to join our Service Team as a Field Service Technician.
In this role, you’ll be out in the field helping our customers keep their copiers and printers running smoothly. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, but more importantly, you’ll be the friendly face our clients rely on when they need help most.
No prior experience? No problem. This is an entry-level role with paid training, so you’ll learn everything you need to know to grow into a skilled technician and a true customer service hero.
Position Summary
- Manage your own service territory efficiently and independently
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Coordinated with professionalism
- Communicate clearly with customers, keeping them informed on repair progress
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on office equipment
- Meet goals set by your team leader and manager
- Work independently in the field and collaborate with your team when needed
- Install, set up, and service copiers and printers sold by Coordinated
- Maintain organized records of parts, repairs, and service activity
