The Role

Do you enjoy owning client relationships, translating technical complexity into clear strategy, and identifying opportunities to deepen value over time? If you’re a proactive communicator with a consultative mindset and a passion for client success, we’re looking for you. The Client Success Advocate (CSA) serves as the primary post-sale owner of client relationships for organizations partnered with our managed IT services. This role is rooted in account management and client success, with a secondary focus on supporting growth through thoughtful recommendations and long-term partnership. Success in this role comes from trust, insight, and advocacy, not transactional selling.

Position Summary

  • Develop and build long-term relationships with our clients while monitoring their satisfaction with the results.

  • Advise on best practices. Help recognize and identify issues and communicate recommendations for remediation.

  • Manage client data in QBR (Quarterly Business Review) software and present information to clients during periodic meetings both in person and virtually.

  • Regularly communicate with assigned accounts, set expectations, and negotiate priorities appropriately.

  • Have in-depth knowledge about the technologies in use by each assigned client.
