Outside Sales Representative
The Role

This role is built for hunters. You’ll be out in the field prospecting, opening doors, and turning conversations into new clients. You won’t be sitting behind a desk or waiting on inbound leads, you’ll be
creating your own pipeline and driving your own results.
At Coordinated Business Systems, you’ll step into an established territory backed by over 40 years in business, including an existing client base. But make no mistake, this role is about growth. The strongest performers are the ones who build beyond what’s already there.
You’ll have the support, tools, and training to go after new opportunities, while also maintaining relationships with current clients to ensure long-term success and retention.
New to sales? We’ll teach you how to prospect, position, and close. Experienced? You’ll have the autonomy to run your territory like it’s your business with the backing of a team that knows how to win.
Position Summary
- Manage and grow an assigned B2B sales territory
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outreach
- Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision makers
- Identify customer challenges and recommend office technology and workflow solutions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent activity and relationship development
- Work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for each client
- Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals

Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business opportunities
- Organized and consistent in managing pipeline and sales activity
- Ability to understand customer needs and present effective technology solutions
- Sales experience is helpful but not required for candidates with strong drive and communication skills
* OTE for this role is between $60k - $100k+ depending on your experience. We have uncapped commissions, so your success is celebrated!
