Outside Sales Representative

Burnsville, Rochester, St. Cloud, Willmar and Superior | In-Person | Full-Time | $60k-$100k

The Role

Whether you're early in your sales career or already have experience, this role is built for people who want to grow through performance.

This is not a desk job. Our Outside Sales Representatives spend their time in the field building relationships, developing new business, and helping organizations improve how they manage documents, workflows, and office technology.

At Coordinated Business Systems, we provide the training, tools, and support to help you build and grow your own territory. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission, with long-term earning potential driven by results.

Early career reps receive hands-on onboarding and coaching. Experienced sales professionals have the autonomy to run their territory while still having access to leadership support, internal resources, and collaborative teammates.

Position Summary

  • Manage and grow an assigned B2B sales territory

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outreach

  • Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision makers

  • Identify customer challenges and recommend office technology and workflow solutions

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent activity and relationship development

  • Work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for each client

  • Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
  • Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business opportunities
  • Organized and consistent in managing pipeline and sales activity
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present effective technology solutions
  • Sales experience is helpful but not required for candidates with strong drive and communication skills

* OTE for this role is between $60k - $100k+ depending on your experience. We have uncapped commissions, so your success is celebrated!
