AI Support Specialist
The Role
Coordinated Business Systems is building something new. As we expand our AI solutions practice, we're looking for our first AI Support Specialist; someone eager to grow alongside a fast-moving technology landscape and help our clients get real value from the AI tools we bring to market.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. You won't be walking into an established playbook; you'll help write it. You'll be managing client expectations in a fast-paced environment, navigating an AI landscape that changes constantly, and sometimes helping people, clients and colleagues alike, who are skeptical or overwhelmed. What You'll Do
Sales Support
- Partner with our Sales Representatives to spot where AI can make a real difference for clients
- Join client meetings and demos to translate AI capabilities into practical business value
- Support proposals and field pre-sales questions in plain language
Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead onboarding sessions to get clients set up and confident with their AI tools
- Adapt your communication style to any audience, from IT teams to front-office staff
- Keep solid documentation for every client engagement
Ongoing Client Support
- Serve as a reliable daily contact for clients via phone, email, remote, and on-site
- Troubleshoot AI-related issues and loop in vendors or internal teams when needed
- Follow up until things are resolved and clients feel taken care of
- Stay current on AI trends and bring that knowledge back to the team
Internal Collaboration
- Help drive AI adoption internally by supporting department heads and staff
- Bring client feedback and common issues to leadership to help us keep improving

Skills & Requirements
- 4-year college degree required; a business degree with a technology interest is a plus
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technology, you follow this stuff because you want to, not because you have to
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own priorities day to day
- Cool under pressure, especially with clients who are frustrated or in a time crunch
- Able to juggle multiple client situations at once without dropping the ball
* OTE for this role is between $42k - $52k depending on your experience. We have uncapped commissions, so your success is celebrated!
