Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for internal and external customer incidents.
  • Become a SME on all Hypass application and Square 9 Software
  • Lead communication and Coordinate process of new application roll outs/projects
  • Meet with Stakeholders to plan and design application roll out to meet the outlined needs
  • Complete application support tickets
  • Design and Test Application Workflows and Operations as outlined by the client.
  • Perform software upgrades and maintenance
  • Address incoming support calls, providing workarounds when necessary to ensure customer productivity
  • Provide service call status updates to internal and external customers.
  • On occasion, travel to customer locations for hands-on troubleshooting and solution delivery.
  • Share knowledge and training with fellow IT employees to strengthen the IT team and provide superior support.
  • Keep abreast of new technology systems, methods and platforms
  • Maintain effective communication with both technical staff and end users
  • Manage obligations and support other company initiatives as directed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to multitask, as this is a fast paced position with priorities changing as situations develop
  • Must have experience with computer networking and applications
  • Passion for technology and innovation.
  • Proven experience in technical support, IT, or a similar role with a focus on problem-solving and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and solutions.
  • Experience in designing and implementing business process automation and workflows is highly desirable.
  • A track record of thinking outside the box and applying technology in creative ways to solve problems.
