Applications and Connectivity Support Manager

We are looking for a high energy leader with strong project management skills to expand our existing team and lead them into uncharted territories. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to prioritize and delegate tasks as necessary, and be comfortable handling challenging situations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct project management for software installations and meet expected time frames.
- Work as the liaison between clients and vendors throughout project including creation of statements of work, project scheduling, implementation, training, and continuing service.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth project delivery and positive client experience.
- Function as escalation point for clients to provide support and resolve application and software issues.
- Coordinate vendor builds with clients.
- Manage daily coordination of onsite installations and client training.
- Willing to learn current and future applications, specialized products, and remote monitoring software.
- Comfortable with technology and software applications.
