After nearly 40 years, Coordinated Business Systems has become a leading Information Management Company and provides local Minnesota and western Wisconsin companies with Total Office Services, including managed network services, managed print services and electronic document management. We are looking for a Managed Services Sales Executive who can play a lead role in uncovering, developing and closing opportunities with current and prospective customers. This person will build relationships with our customers to understand their business and continue to make recommendations on services and solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

We offer a competitive compensation program with base salary plus commissions and bonuses based on sales and residual income.

Position Summary: The Managed Services Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales goals by securing managed services contracts and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate daily sales activity in order to find new business opportunities
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quota by securing contracts within current customer base and finding new clients
  • Engage in client meetings to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Work with Coordinated’s technical team to determine IT solutions
  • Act as customer advocate and facilitate communications on their behalf to build and develop long-term relationships
  • Assist with implementation to ensure customer satisfaction

Attributes & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or two years of sales experience
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude
  • Hunger to develop relationships and sell
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize
  • Desire to learn and grow with consistent industry training
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Technical awareness and a love for the use of technology to advance business
