After more than 30 years, Coordinated Business Systems has become a leading Information Management Company and provides local Minnesota and western Wisconsin companies with Total Office Services, including managed network services, managed print services and electronic document management. We're looking for someone to join our admin team!
The Administrative Coordinator's primary responsibility is to support and assist all departments within Coordinated Business Systems. This person is the first point of contact for all incoming calls and clients that visit Coordinated's office. The right candidate will possess a positive attitude.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Obtain customer meter readings

  • Provide support to our sales & service departments

  • Provide assistance to customers via phone or in person

  • Enter client's meter readings and bill contracts

  • Will effectively set up and make charges to customer contracts


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have good organizational and people skills

  • Must be comfortable contacting customers via phone

  • Must be willing to help in all areas and always have a "can do" attitude

  • Must work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
