Field Service Technician
This full-time position will be responsible for visiting customer sites to provide maintenance and repair services for the products we sell. The ideal candidate must have a knowledge of electronics, basic computer skills, mechanical ability, be comfortable with tools, have the ability to communicate effectively with many different people, pay attention to detail and have the desire to learn and grow. Full training will be provided.

Supply Sales
This full-time position entails taking incoming calls as well as making outgoing supply calls to current and prospective customers utilizing our established database. Looking for an individual with excellent telephone and written communication skills to discover and accurately satisfy customer needs, develop long term relationships, as well as generate supply orders and hardware sales leads. To excel in this position, candidates must feel comfortable calling non-customers to generate new supply business. We're looking for an independent producer who is ready for a responsibility, challenge and substantial income opportunity.

Customer Service Representative
As a CSR for Coordinated Business Systems, you will be an essential member of a sales support team that has served the Twin Cities area for more than 20 years. Providing product support for Sales, Service and our Customers you will help educate people in the process of utilizing our equipment and solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, familiarity with the marketplace, reliable transportation, and knowledge of working office technology. Strong presentation, written, verbal and PC skills are required. The CSR position with Coordinated Business Systems is an excellent transition position for someone looking to eventually get into outside or inside sales.
