In this issue of The Office Products Analyst, the results of OPA’s annual Multifunctional Product Reliability Study are presented.  The study is a result of information provided by dealers when surveyed about the Multifunctional products they sell and service.

In the Dealer Rating of Reliability, Kyocera scored exceptionally and had the most recommended models with thirteen (13).  In addition, in “Equipment Reliability Ratings by Brand," Kyocera/Copystar received the highest score of 9.0 and received the highest score in the last four years as well.
