The key provision of the ProConnect Program is to maximize productivity by maintaining reliable printing and scanning functions on products provided by Coordinated Business Systems.
ProConnect is included at no additional cost during the first 12 months for new printers, scanners, multifunction devices and copier products installed by Coordinated Business Systems. ProConnect is renewable each year through a small annual fee.
Key provisions of ProConnect are: |

- Maintain print/scan software drivers
- Provide trouble shooting and fault isolation for print/scan issues that fall outside of the hardware and software provided by Coordinated Business Systems
- Provide unlimited Help Desk support
- Eliminates unbudgeted labor expense

ProConnect is designed to minimize the downtime associated with printing, scanning or network fax problems by identifying the relevant causes and implementing the necessary corrective actions in order to re-establish reliable print/scan functions.
ProConnect is available for all network-connected products supplied and connected by Coordinated Business Systems. |
